Charlow Law Group is headed by Jeff Charlow, a real estate and business lawyer with extensive experience representing clients in all types of business matters and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, dispositions, construction, development, leasing, and management of real estate.

Our clients include national, regional, and local investors, lenders, developers, builders, and management companies. We’ve assisted clients with the acquisition, financing, and sale of office buildings, apartments, condominiums, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and churches in the Mid-Atlantic area and beyond.

Our experience covers both single-asset and multi-property portfolio transactions.

Jeffrey A. Charlow, Esq.

Jeffrey A. Charlow has over 20 years of experience practicing law in Maryland, primarily in real estate and transactional matters. He acts as legal counsel to many businesses, real estate investment companies, lenders, and title companies. His main area of emphasis has been in assisting businesses, lenders, and investors with structuring and completing transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate. When the need arises, Jeff has experience litigating business and real estate disputes.

In addition to being a licensed title insurance producer and lawyer, he is a licensed Maryland real estate broker. Jeff obtained his J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
